What does a home inspection cost? You don’t have to jump through hoops to find out how much you’re going to pay for gas, food or clothes. So why should it be that way in the service industry? You’re right, it shouldn’t! We simply charge based on square footage. We do not upcharge for use of specialized tools. All home inspections deserve the best we can provide so you will receive a service that includes the use of mositure meters, thermal imaging cameras, and sewer inspection cameras ( some limitations apply). We will not charge based on age or driving distance. You even receive free reinspections of repairs conducted after the home inspection.
